Once you have registered your affected lamp and Philips Lighting has received and confirmed it was from an affected batch, you will be sent a replacement lamp. You can expect to receive your replacement lamps approximately two to four weeks upon contacting Philips Lighting: via phone @ (800) 634-0138 or via email @ ceramicmh@philips.com.
